Founder & Principal Consultant — Kirke Professionals
Rejoice Govera is a nationally recognized, award-winning Human Resources Practitioner with over
13 years of experience in HR management, labour compliance, organisational development,
and workforce advisory across multiple industries including mining, construction, logistics,
agriculture, manufacturing, and hospitality.
She previously served as the Country Group Human Resources Manager for Sinohydro Zimbabwe,
leading HR operations across more than eight major national projects. Her proven leadership has earned
her notable recognition, including a Platinum Award — Outstanding Woman in Construction (2023).
